RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer 20-day return policy from the day your order is shipped. 

• Original shipping costs are not refunded
• Please remember that items being returned should be in un-worn and new condition
• Damage items with makeup or deodorant and/or in a condition unable to be resold, are not eligible for a refund
• Final sale items cannot be returned

HOW TO RETURN

To start your return, email us at info@dessin-studio.com with “RETURN REQUEST (Your Order #)” in the subject line. Please indicate item(s) received date & reason for return. Occasionally, we may request images of items to be returned.

Once the return request is accepted, we will email you a return label. Returns are credited back to you once we receive the item(s).
